Time: Normally, after 35 days from your order, you can request a refund.
Notes: In the period of COVID-19 pandemic or important occasions: Christmas, New Year …, you can request a refund after 90 days because of the overloaded delivery companies and the shortage of workers.
If 14 days have gone since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Method of refund: Your refund will be applied to your credit card or your PayPal account or original method of payment.
Refund contact information: please email us via email address: support@digitalstore.com stating your order number, your problem and please include a photo of the goods. We will contact you ASAP and solve your problems within a day.
Product condition: the items must be new and unused in order to return. You can read on our Return policies for more details.
To items which are produced for specific occasions, such as : Halloween, Christmas…, we will not refund if you return the item after occasions.
Charges: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5-7 business days.
